No advice or information, whether oral or written obtained by you from Berardi's shall create a warranty not expressly made herein. You understand and agree that any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of Berardi's is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damages to your computer or loss of data that results in the downloads of such content. CANCELLATION POLICY
This applies to Recurring payments only.
You may cancel your Berardi's Recurring Ads However,
you are still responsible for a full month's payment (so, if your billing period is June 1-July 1 and you've paid for that period and you decide to cancel your renewable service on June 24, you will not receive a refund for the balance of the month).
If you wish to cancel your recurring order, you need to notify us by email berardis@usa.com at least 5 business days before the next billing date, so we have enough time to stop your billing.
